I collaborate virtually (through a secure video-platform), one-on-one, with folks in post-secondary, emerging professionals and adults who may be struggling with the day-to-day of living with neurodivergence.
Whether you have been formally diagnosed, self-identify or suspect neurodivergence; you may be feeling stuck, and comparing yourself to others.

As a person-centred clinician, I take a judgement-free, non-directive approach to therapy, and provide you with the space to determine what we will give oxygen to. You can expect me to be integrative and to pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks such as Acceptance & Committment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Mindfulness (to name a few), in order to support your growth.
In session, my support often includes building on executive functioning, exploring shame, increasing self-esteem, navigating ways to address overwhelm and strengthening the capacity for emotional regulation.
But again, you will determine how we spend out time together.
